Anxiety Support for Teens

Anxiety Support for Teens is designed to help provide a safe space for teens to work through anxiety while connecting with others who share similar experiences.

This group will help you identify practical steps to manage stress, reduce feelings of pressure, and find relief from feelings of anxiety.

We will meet for 8 weeks as we work through the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy curriculum developed by Dr. Rachel L Hutt, author of "Feeling Better: CBT Workbook for Teens."

We will combine Biblical references with clinical concepts on anxiety in order to help teens experience growth and healing.
