Self Care
Self-care is a foundation for healthy relationships, effective leadership, and living out God's calling in your life. Come together for support as you learn and practice a variety of strategies for caring for yourself well during this season. Each week will include opportunities to incorporate emotional, spiritual, physical, relational, and neuroscience-informed approaches into your daily routine, as well as share your experiences practicing these tools.
